Course/Workshop Title: Time Management
Course/Workshop Description: This course provides the basic principles of time management. Participants will receive skills training needed to learn and develop skills to become highly effective in managing their time to enhance their professional productivity.
Course/Workshop Duration: 25 hours (5 hrs/day)

Course/Workshop Importance: The course is very important for professionals in all levels of governmental and private companies as it gives them the basic skills training needed become highly effective in managing their time to enhance their professional productivity.
Lecture Strategy: Lecture materials will be presented using Microsoft PowerPoint. When possible a cooperative, participant-centered learning and discussion approach will be utilized to enable a high level of participant involvement.
Course Content: Introduction, Time Management and the Organization, Time Management and Essential Habits, Time Management Principles, Productive and Busy Works and their differences, Effective and Ineffective Time Management Processes, Work Crisis Management, Planning, and Managing Workplace.
