Course/Workshop Title: Green Belt Six Sigma
Course/Workshop Description: This course provides a high-level overview of the basic quality control procedures based on the Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control (DMAIC) green belt six sigma model including formulation, plan development and implementation. Participants will receive skills training needed to develop effective quality control procedures for products and service provider companies and ministries.
Course/Workshop Duration: 25 hours (5 hrs/day)

Course/Workshop Importance: The course is very important for quality managers and engineers in all service and/or product companies and ministries as it gives them the basic skills training needed to implement systematic procedure for quality control.
Lecture Strategy: Lecture materials will be presented using Microsoft PowerPoint. When possible a cooperative, participant-centered learning and discussion approach will be utilized to enable a high level of participant involvement.
Course Content: Introduction of quality and its problems, Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control (DMAIC) green belt six sigma model, tools used in each phase of implementation.
