Course Overview: Business Protocol Workshop identifies the key elements in planning and conducting productive, effective meetings. It helps to minimize the time lost in ineffective meetings which can have a significant, detrimental impact on employee morale and performance and to provide the audience with helpful tools and techniques to prepare, conduct, and follow up effective meetings.
Course Objectives:
  1. Help participants to learn about how to prepare and call for a meeting.
  2. Familiarize participants with Dos and Don’ts in meetings with mini scenarios virtual activities.
  3. Equip participants with the art of respecting others’ opinions, thoughts, and ideas.
  4. Help participants to be able to take minutes of the meeting and prepare a follow up plans.
Expected Learning Outcomes / Competencies: Upon completion of this workshop, participants will:
  1. Know how to prepare & call for a meeting.
  2. Demonstrate knowledge dos and Don’ts in meetings (office/meeting room mini scenario)
  3. Respect others/ ideas.
  4. Able to take meeting minutes and follow up.
