Course/Workshop Title: Seven Habits of Highly Effective People
Course/Workshop Description: This course provides an overview of the seven habits of highly effective people based on the very popular book of Stephen Covey. Participants will receive skills training needed to learn and develop the seven habits to become highly effective in their professional and personal lives.
Course/Workshop Duration: 25 hours (5 hrs/day)
Course/Workshop Objectives:
  • Defining the seven habits.
  • Learning the relation between knowledge, skill and desire.
  • Implementation of the seven habits and feeling the personal and professional change.
  • Performing effective leadership of self and others.
  • Achieving self renewal in the spiritual, physical, mental and social areas.
Course/Workshop Importance: The course is very important for all kinds of people and at all levels in an organization such as leaders, managers, engineers, assistants and others as it gives them the basic skills training needed to learn and develop the seven habits to become highly effective in their professional and personal lives.
Lecture Strategy: Lecture materials will be presented using Microsoft PowerPoint. When possible a cooperative, participant-centered learning and discussion approach will be utilized to enable a high level of participant involvement.
Course Content: Introduction of Habits, Seven Habits and Their Paradigm, Details and Relationship of the Seven Habits, Distinguishing Between Effective and Ineffective People, Assuring Successful Implementation the Seven Habits and Paradigm Shift.
