King Salman Energy Park (SPARK) is being developed to capture the full economic value from such demand — localizing value creation through dedicated industrial development, as part of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

Aligning to the organization vision, the Human Capital Management personnel at SPARK are planning to conduct training for its Industrial Security and Fire Fighting teams.

Program Description:

The program provides entry-level knowledge with a shared foundation focusing on common curricula covering fundamentals of General and Business English and Soft Skills training to prepare a college graduate to build skills and capabilities core to everyday job. ​​The program is designed to focus on English language by incorporating best practices in skill development effectiveness such as communication, project management, leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, time & meeting management through action learning and simulations.
